Children’s Artwork Turned Into Digital Billboards In Pilot Pen Campaign

The 10 winners of Pilot’s Make Your Mark campaign, have had their creations turned into digital billboards around London and social media ads.

The Make Your Mark campaign started with a competition for KS2 students across the UK to express their personalities using just a pen and paper. Picking winners from the all the entries was very hard but in the end 10 winners were chosen and have had their creations incorporated as part of Pilot’s Make Your Mark campaign, which now live.

“We are really excited to see the amazing creations from the winning entries come to life on both the large digital screens around London and online via our digital ad campaign across a number of social media channels throughout June,” said Adam Smith, marketing manager. “In a digital world, the personal touch of handwritten creativity can have a profound impact, and we look forward to seeing the incredible works our participants created.”

Using the creative works of the schoolchildren, phase two of the Make Your Mark campaign seeks to engage and encourage adults to rediscover the joy of writing and drawing by hand. The Make Your Mark webpage helps to explore the benefits of handwriting and includes some great hints, tips and activities to try. It also includes a gallery of all the amazing entries that Pilot received from the competition.
